André Veltkamp was the director of the Amsterdam Theatre Academy for 12 years. For his farewell party – he retired this year – the school asked ONS to make a documentary on his life and career. The one thing we at ONS and André have in common is our love for cooking. So we decided to film him while he cooks a great meal. A sort of last supper for his loved ones. As the day and the cooking progresses, important people in his life drop by to ask him an intimate question.
